In an emergency call 999
JastMile support is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 999 first, then report it to JastMile.
For walkers
• Your personal safety comes before any delivery. Never take risks to meet an estimated time, times are estimates.
• Use pavements and crossings, follow the Highway Code for pedestrians, stay alert and avoid using your phone while crossing roads.
• If a pickup or drop-off feels unsafe, do not continue. Leave and report it through the Help page.
• If a package seems suspicious, prohibited or unsafe to carry, do not accept it and report it.
• If you are harassed or threatened, move to a safe place, call 999 if needed, and report it.
For businesses
• Prepare packages so they are safe to carry and do not include prohibited items.
• Hand over only after the walker gives the correct collection code.
• Report any safety concern about a walker or delivery through the Help page.
Reporting
Choose a safety category in the Help page. Safety cases are marked as high priority for the JastMile team. We do not currently guarantee a response time.
