1. Eligibility and authority

These terms apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions. The person creating a business account confirms they are authorised to act for the business and that the business details provided (legal name, trading name, type, contact person, phone, email, company number if any, pickup address) are accurate. Accounts are reviewed and approved by JastMile before use.

2. Recipient information

You provide the recipient's name, phone number, drop-off address and optionally email. You confirm you have an appropriate lawful basis to share these details with JastMile for the purpose of the delivery, and that you will only share them for that purpose.

3. Packages

Packages must be lightweight, safely packaged for carrying on foot, accurately described (type, quantity and order reference where relevant), and must not contain prohibited or unsupported items. You must confirm package suitability for each delivery request. JastMile does not own or sell the goods.

4. Collection handover

Only hand the package to a walker who gives you the collection code shown in your JastMile delivery screen. The walker will photograph the package at collection. Incorrect codes are limited to 5 attempts.

5. Tracking link and PIN backup

Your delivery screen shows the recipient's tracking link and delivery PIN. You may share them with the recipient using the WhatsApp or text buttons, which open your own messaging app, you send the message yourself, and JastMile does not record it as sent. Keep the PIN confidential; share it with the assigned walker only to confirm a genuine handover when the recipient cannot.

6. Charges and invoices

The delivery price is set by JastMile and shown before you request. During the pilot, charges are invoiced separately (shown as "Invoice pending"). You agree to pay invoices in accordance with the invoice terms.

7. Cancellation, failed delivery and incorrect details

Cancellation and failed-delivery rules are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If the recipient details or address you provided are wrong, the delivery may fail and charges may still apply.

8. Support, disputes and proof

Raise issues from the Help page, linked to the delivery. Delivery records, photos and code/PIN history are used to investigate disputes.

9. Suspension

We may suspend a business account for misuse, unpaid invoices, prohibited items, safety concerns or inaccurate information. The reason is recorded.
